Due to circumstances beyond our control our entire VOIP phone system went down at 10:32am BST. As of 11:18 it is still down for all locations and our service supplier, Spitfire Communications, are looking into the problem which appears to be network wide across a number of businesses.
Thankfully, we’re not too reliant on inbound calls these days as all existing customers have alternative, and better, means to communicate with the us. We sincerely apologise if you are trying to reach us but normal service will be resumed soon, of that I am sure.
In the meantime you can reach us on 01422-382116 which is our emergency inbound number. Sorry again.
The service outage is confirmed as being caused by a large power outage at Telecity, London. Will keep this thread updated as and when new news arrives.
