Due to circumstances beyond our control our entire VOIP phone system has gone down and our service supplier, Spitfire Communications, are looking into the problem.
We are aware that the outages are too frequent and we are taking this up with our supplier.
Thankfully, we’re not too reliant on inbound calls these days as all existing customers have alternative, and better, means to communicate with the us. We sincerely apologise if you are trying to reach us but normal service will be resumed soon, of that I am sure.
In the meantime you can reach us on 01422-382116 which is our emergency inbound number. Sorry again. Again.
UPDATE: There is a localised problem with the main ADSL line so not all locations are affected. Target time to fix the problem is by close of play on Thursday.
UPDATE: As of 14:15, our phone lines are now back up and running.
