It is on it's second full release and is incredibly stable.

A typical implementation plan for a commercial organisation lasts approximately 6 months and can be loosely broken down into the following milestones:

Week 1 : Planning discussion to agree the scope of the implementation
Week 2 : Develop and approve outline specification
Week 5 : Comments
Week 6 : Contracts
Week 8 : Internal planning and resourcing
Week 12 : Prototype production
Week 16 : Full build starts
Week 24 : Pre-release version for testing and snagging
Week 26 : Development completed and live

Simple implementations are much quicker and typically last no more than 8 weeks after the specification and contract is approved.

We use and embrace collaborative working with Basecamp, our online in-house and client collaboration tool, and adhere to open standards technology under the LAMP environment utilising Perl.
