A busier than expected support month; and with a greatly improved support response.

November saw our eleventh consecutive “clean sheet” for the support team – which is tantalising close to a full year and a new record. November also sees our 5th anniversary of moving support onto the dedicated support platform, Zendesk, that we use today. Regular support is only open for another 20 days this year before we shutdown for the Xmas/New Year break.
