Peerless WordPress Support Service (from £875pm)

At the start of the digital silly season (officially April onwards), we’re proud to announce a newly packaged service – Peerless WordPress Support.

More than a simple “Support Changes Contract”, we’ve added “& Guidance” to create a more rounded support offering. We’ve been listening to our clients and, and we’ve tracked over 2,500 WordPress support tickets over the last 12 months and the commonest request outside of a technical fix is “…and how should I XXXX”.

Often, it’s as simple as recommending a plugin to deal with a functional need, or an online service to fill an informational or operational hole in a digital strategy. Most of the questions are answered quickly and efficiently with a simple weblink or a short explanation – this closely fits our philosophy of sharing and helping to democratise the web.

We’ve served 100s of clients, across all market sectors and built a pretty impressive library of knowledge that we try to share here and with anyone who cares to listen. This works well, and our site traffic has more than doubled in the last year – but with 1000+ articles to dig through, it’s sometimes easier just to ask.

How much are we charging for this service? ZERO, free, nada, nothing.

Peerless Support for FREE

All existing WordPress Support Contract clients will automatically get the service free of charge. Gotta question to ask on WordPress? Email support@connected-uk.com and we’ll be back to you quick as a flash.

If you’re not a client then try it anyway, we believe in sharing so everyone gets a free go. Give it a try.

If you like our approach then you may want to take out a Peerless WordPress Support for your organisation. Support contracts start at £875pm giving you a six-hour (10-4) support window with a 24hr response target.

Need Advanced WordPress Support?

We also offer Peerless Advanced Developer Support for those who are more technical and require hard-core support directly from experienced WordPress developers.
