In the 3 years since we started using a formalised support ticketing system (Zendesk) we’ve seen a 300% growth in the volume of tickets. Using a formalised ticketing application has changed how we approach supporting our clients, and we’ve seen a huge improvement in our response rate.

Typically 85% of all support tickets are picked up within 8 hours of being raised – placing us in the top few percent of support companies worldwide and probably the number No. 1 WordPress support agency in the UK (subject to openly published and independently audited figures).
