Support tickets return to normal after the summer break
September saw another clean sheet. We had a small panic early in the month when we got our first negative review of 2017, but that transpired to be a mistaken click by a client who quickly rerated the ticket as “excellent”. It takes our 100% satisfaction roll to 10 consecutive months, and we’re tantalisingly close to a “perfect year”. We’re crossing fingers and working extra hard to make sure every last bit of communication is as good as it gets.
