WordPress Support is growing. Efficiency is up. Response time improving. Larger team.
August is the start of a new financial year for us, so out with the old and in with the new. And what a start.
August saw over 230 new support tickets, with a first response rate of just over 5 hours, a 100% ticket satisfaction rate and nearly 500 individual support actions.
Our WordPress support process has being going through continued evolution since we announced our Peerless WordPress service back in March. We’re striving to broaden our support team and in July two new teamies joined us, Matthew and Tom.
Based in London, Matthew brings 12 years of senior digital agency experience and Tom (based in Spain) brings 5 years as a WordPress engineer.
July also saw the departure of Andy who, after 9 years with us, has been appointed Head of Operations at one of of digital services partners – we wish him all the best but suspect as he’s not gone too far we’ll still be working quite closely.
